Senior Clinical Pharmacist & Pharmacy Team LeaderElly has been a pharmacist for over 25 years and has worked with GPs and their patients for over 15 of those. She joined Moss in September 2025 as the lead pharmacist for the practice, and manages the pharmacy team here. Elly is an independent pharmacist prescriber with special interests in polypharmacy and in preventing and treating chronic kidney disease, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular conditions. She is an experienced pharmacy and prescribing trainer with a focus on patient-centred conversations, and is always happy to answer your medication-related questions.
Catherine Buckley
Pharmacy TechnicianCatherine works collaboratively with the practice team to support with all aspects of medicine management to improve patient care and safety. Key duties include :-reconciling medications after specialist/hospital discharge, handling patient queries about their medicines and repeat prescriptions, providing public health and lifestyle advice and managing the monitoring of medications to support safe prescribing. Catherine also supports patients with high cholesterol and cardiovascular risk, including patient identification, treatment planning, and ongoing monitoring.
Annabel Bojkowski
Clinical PharmacistAnnabel is a Clinical Pharmacist she undertakes medication reviews with patients to help them get the most of their medication. Answers medication queries from patients and members of the practice team. Involved in processing acute and repeat medications requests ensuring they are safe and appropriate. Updates patient’s medication after they have been reviewed by specialist /discharged from hospital.
