Repeat Prescriptions

Please note that pharmacy’s do not automatically print off repeat prescriptions – you will need to ask them if you want one.

You could use the NHS App which is a quick way to reorder and keep in control of your tablets

You can clearly write your name , date of birth and what you would like on a piece of paper and post it in our prescription request post box situated by reception or outside by the basement door.

Please note we cannot take prescription requests over the telephone.
