Telephone Calls to the Practice

Having listened to feedback from our patients Moss Healthcare have invested in a new phone system to enable us to manage the increasing number of telephone calls we receive.  One of the benefits of this system is that it directs calls around all 3 of our sites: Kings Road, Jennyfield & Killinghall in order to find the next available member of our reception team, this should reduce call waiting time for patients. 

For this very reason we cannot guarantee that the person you speak to may be at the site you originally called, you may have called our Killinghall site but your call may have been answered at Kings Road or vice versa.  
Therefore our reception team have been briefed to ensure that they clearly advise you what site any face to face appointment is booked or a prescription is left for collection.  Please ensure that you listen and note this to save any confusion or the possibility of someone attending the wrong site.

All our receptionists are trained to the same standards to enable them to respond to all patient needs and requests.
