Moss Healthcare Harrogate would like to apologise to patients for any prolonged wait on the telephone. We are currently operating with reduced staffing in our reception team due to matters beyond our control.

When you get to speak to one of the reception team, please be patient and kind as they are answering the phones as quickly as they can. Please also try to keep your call as precise as possible to enable them to meet your needs and then move on to the next patient waiting in telephone queue.
