North Yorkshire Council have launched a service, in conjunction with brimhams active, to help support families in achieving a healthy weight and healthy lifestyle. The service is free to use and will work around your schedule.
The service provides personalised support as they guide you through your journey to help keep you on track to achieve your healthy lifestyle goals, as a family, and making small positive changes to your families lifestyle without breaking the bank.
The service is for children and young people aged 4-19 and you can self-refer your family by emailing: [email protected] or by calling 01423 556106
